Bishop Michael Sullivan is the son of the Late Deacon Floyd Sullivan and Mother Allie Mae Sullivan of Anderson, SC. He was licensed to preach the Gospel by his Pastor the late Dr. W.B. Hawks at Generostee Baptist Church in Anderson, SC. He received his BS degree in Biology and Religion from Charleston Southern University, and did his Master's work at the Citidel both in Charleston, SC.
He is married to Mrs. Susan Bronston Sullivan, Esquire, and they have been blessed with two wonderful children, Shaylyn Danielle and Jackson Will who are both involved in the Greater Hope Youth Activities. As a family, they have traveled extensively to many countries and they love doing cruises when time permits.
Most of all, our Pastor is a born again, baptized, disciple of Christ Jesus who is committed to doing the Master's will. He lives every day of his life knowing that what matters most is the work we are doing to build the kingdom of God here on earth. For as the bible reminds us, from the book of Job, 16:19 "...Behold, my witness is in heaven, and my record is on high."
